These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and 565bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://565bd.vip. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 565bd platform — including but not limited to creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 565bd platform. • Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise offensive communications toward 565bd staff, support agents, or other players.

565bd reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Monitoring may include analysis of betting patterns, IP address history, device fingerprinting, payment method cross-referencing, and communications review where legally permitted. Such monitoring is conducted in accordance with 565bd's Privacy Policy and is a necessary part of maintaining a safe, fair platform for all users.

565bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected on the account; (c) the account holder has failed to satisfy identity verification or source-of-funds requests within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) closure is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via the registered email address where possible. Suspension does not automatically result in the forfeiture of the account balance. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, and any remaining balance after deducting bonus funds and voided winnings will be returned to the verified payment method on file where legally required.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 565bd platform's operating jurisdiction. By using the platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 565bd's internal complaint process.
